The warranty covers all defects that occur during the warranty period, including latent material defects or failures in the assembly of materials on the production line.<\/p><p>2. The manufacturer guarantees that the depreciation of luminous output during the warranty period will not exceed the L50, B50 coefficients specified in the TM-21 guideline.<\/p><p>3. Repair of the light source will be completed within 14 days from the date the defective product is received by the Warrantor. In certain special cases, the repair may take longer. The customer will be informed promptly once the defective product has been received by the Warrantor. <\/p><p>4. Any product that develops a fault must be sent to the Warrantor in a secure package via courier service, together with a complete description of the fault and proof of purchase, following prior consultation with the Warrantor. Shipping costs are borne by the sender. After repair, the product will either be collected by the customer from the service center or shipped to the customer at the customer&#8217;s expense.  <\/p><p>5. Warranty-related repairs may only be carried out by the Warrantor.<\/p><p>6. The Warrantor may refuse to repair the product if it is found that unauthorized repair attempts have been made. The user has the right to appeal this decision within 14 days of receiving the decision. <\/p><p>7. An appeal may be submitted together with complete documentation relating to the repair and proof of purchase.<\/p><p>8. The warranty period will be extended by the amount of time the product remains under repair.<\/p><p>9. During the warranty period, the user is entitled to receive a new device as a replacement for the defective product if the original product cannot be repaired.<\/p><p>10. The service department is required to maintain records of repairs that have been carried out and those that have not been carried out.<\/p><p>11. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper operation, use of products for purposes other than those recommended, use of unauthorized accessories, improper handling of the product, use of connection cables of incorrect length or cross-section, poor connections, an incorrect electrical system in the building, inadequate electrical infrastructure, unacceptable transportation or storage conditions, use of the product at temperatures outside the specified range (-40\u00b0C to +50\u00b0C), or installation of the product in environments with high humidity.<\/p><p>12. Accessories added during the warranty period are not covered by the warranty.<\/p><p>13. The warranty becomes void if modifications have been made to the product by the user, if the repair inspection reveals that the product has been used by unauthorized personnel, if the seals have been broken, if the repair center determines that the warranty card has been altered by unauthorized personnel, or if third-party spare parts have been used in the device.<\/p><p>14. Any complaint must be submitted immediately after the defect has been identified.<\/p><p>15. The Warrantor shall not be held responsible for the accuracy or completion of repairs if such work is interrupted due to external factors, force majeure events, shipping delays, etc.<\/p><p>16. The warranty does not cover on-site repairs; it covers the product only.<\/p><p>17. The warranty covers only the products and prices specified on a paid invoice.<\/p><p>18.
